Eh why not.

I havent typed in here in a long time and I really dont want post in LJ right now.

*shrugs*

So what's been going on in my world you ask?

Well for starterters, we can begin with last night. After a rather stressful day of exams and a Bell Ringing, a bunch of people went over to Kristen's to hang out and do some pumpkin carving. It was fun since I had never really carved a pumpkin myself. Kristen' s dad who makes bows as a hobbie gave me a little impromptu Bow (and arrow)lesson. He has such fantastic bows, wish I could get a bow of my own. ^_^

Anyways lots of people showed up and we had a great time sitting around the fire in the backyard and eating and carving pumpkins. As it got late we retired inside and played Mafia and Oodles. Hehe a fun night.

In other news, School: It's been ok so far I guess. I really can't complain too much.

I got a spot for a trip to Israel with the university in the Summer. So I'm super excited about that, but now I gotta scroung up $3000+ to cover my 2 weeks out there. I was considering doing it for credit, but I really don't want to at the same time.

.Love (or lack thereof): Again I sit here listening to songs that can be interpreted as the singer wanting love. It sucks really. I just hate being alone all the time, ya know? I do have a crush on my friend Kristen (aforementioned). I think she's a fantastic girl..  But I can never really get myself to tell her. I'm crazy for her, and I try my best to hang out with as much as I can. We're good friends and we have the same friend so it's perfect (at least I think)! Well for one thing I know that she likes someone else. So that one reason I've stopped myself. Yeah I'm well aware that if she persues other guy I lose my chance.  But at the same time I like to see her happy so I just keep my mouth shut. Secondly is the whole rejection thing. Kind of a catch-22. Rather lame I know.

Sorry to end this on a depressing note. I'll catch you kids later.

Steve

Blah

So the semester comes to a close and there is still much uncertainty surrounding what I'm doing in the future. In 3 months alot of things can change. I hope I'm still around.

So query of the day: What the crap?!

All I hear from her is that "boy's suck", "I need a boyfriend", etc. First off I need to say that I have a crush on her. And if we went out it would be convenient because she lives close by back in Charleston. Anyways that's all I hear from her. It seems like she doesn't want to talk to me at times. But, I defend her when people talk about her behind her back. I try to get her to hang out with me. Help her out when she needs it.

 There's no reciprocation.

This has been going on for quite some time now and it's quite annoying. I've hit a point to where I almost just want to find someone and rub it in her face.

But that's not very chivalrous...or me for that matter.

It's just silly. I'm just not gonna waste my time anymore with her.

Holy snaps!

*waves*

Hey guys.

It's been awhile, non?

LJ is my new home kids. Sorry. But hey...at least you know I still have this bad boy. And it's a place I can confide in since most of my reading audience reads my LJ and doesn't read/know about this blog.

So nothing too much has been really going on. School is over in 2 weeks. So far my Summer itinerary is:
~ Orlando and Tampa, Florida
~ New York City
~ Pittsburgh for various concerts?...i dunno about this one. But I'm gonna try and hit up Warpped this time around.
~ Clean up the new townhouse in Morgantown.
~ Try to buy a camera.
~ Try to get a job.
~ Finally work on that license...I know I'm such a loser.
~ Movies like whoa.

If you have anything else to add, feel free to do so.

Sorry I'm kinda lacking on substance at this point. Usually I can come up with something witty or insightful to say but not at the current moment.

I might come back to this over the summer, so that's TBA ^_^

You kids take care.

Johari Window

Describe me! ^_^

Monday, November 21, 2005

The weekend began with the Midnight showing of Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire. It wouldnt have been possible was it not for the generous offer by one Kelly D. and giving up her ticket for me. I had lost my ticket earlier in the day and she was gracious enough to hand me her ticket. Such a sweetheart that one.

The following Friday I spent most of the day packing and cleaning. Later that night we all headed over to Ivy's place in Pitt. All...29(?) of us stayed at Ivy's because Ivy's parent's are awesome! We also met one of Ivy's sisters Jillian. Ahh! she's so cool and just as dorky. Oh and I can also say that I finally got to sleep with Ivy! Yayorz! More cuddling than sleeping.

In the morning we headed over to Pitt and met our brothers and got the Run going. Thad and Aaron had run off to Heinz Field and met us past the Liberty Tunnel.

I ran with Erin, Bethany, Thad, and Geoff and the rest of time I ran solo. It was fun riding with the other Pitt brothers and getting to know them.

It was great to see that we actually ran the ball all the way to Mountaineer Field! Yesh! Just that sense of accomplishment is a great feeling. And the soreness of my muscles only a small inconvienence.

Oh and I got the "Rufio" chant several times :D
